Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a tool available for situations where staff has been doing the work for many years and has the neccesary experience, but lacks the assessment to proof their competence. With our pooled experience, we are able to conduct RPL evidence preparation workshops, where after the learners are assessed using the normal assessment principle. A saving in facilitation time makes this a feasable option when conducted properly.
Qualifications are also available through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
A project has been run succesfully where 15 staff members were put through RPL.
