Facilitation - Classroom
As guidance, the 30/70% principle is used in most facilitation sessions, but the learners experience and support within the workplace is considered in determining a program. Our main aim is to ensure that the learner benifits from the training intervention, and if this requires additional attention, this is given to the learners. Regular site visits to the actual plant components being trained, is visited, to ensure that learners understand the concepts.
We only make use of the highest qualified facilitators available in their respective fields. Typically most of our facilitators have National Higher Diploma Water Care, or equivalent with at least 15 - 20 years hands-on experience.
